The app doesnt magically make you lose weight, so if youre looking for a quick fix, this isnt it... Nothing is. However this app successfully helps you change your perception of food, eating and hunger. Pair this with a healthy diet and exercise and its going to strengthen your efforts! Im using this along with the free Lose It app that helps me track calories and Im losing roughly 1.5 to 2 lbs per week! And I dont feel like Im dieting because of this apps influence on my thinking. SO worth it! I now have 3 of his apps and Ive found success with all of them!
