An asset to my day
A few days in, and I find myself unable to make snap decisions for what to eat - burgers, fries, and chips/chocolate have lost their allure. I dont eat for emotional release. So I think its working, and I never stay awake for the whole thing!
I think it will work well if I surround myself with healthy food - Ive had a horrible eating habits before, and find that Im not eating as much because I cant find something to decide to eat.
